Domain “e-shop” not showing on Softaculous

My domain is called “e-shop.great-site.net”. I cannot find it on Softaculous. Could you please assist in checking what happened? The following screenshots are for your easy reference.

Only Admin has access to your hosting account.
So you need to wait.
Please be patient

You can also try to import the installation back by yourself by following this guide:

In this case, Admin’s help might be unnecessary.
