Hello

I would to create a domain (account) but it’s keeping pending for hours

I’ll take advantage of this thread and also say that after waiting a long time, I just get ‘account deleted.’ :sweat_smile: I tried 4 times… thinking it was me :sweat_smile:

I have exactly the same problem…I tried to create 3 times an host account, it’s keeping pending for at least 15 minutes and then after that, it is shown as deleted….why?

Yeah, me too, and then it deletes my site

I tried to create a free account; however, it gets deleted it is created. Please look into it.

Having the same problem myself. Just posted about this now and then saw this thread. Hopefully this gets resolved.

Since yesterday, there appears to be an issue with creating new hosting accounts. The initial request to provision the accounts seems to be sent correctly, but then the accounts just disappear.

I’ve notified iFastNet about this issue, so this should probably get resolved within a few hours.
