Hello,

We are currently trying to transfert our domain name “noosphere.company” in direction of your service.
So its been more than 24h that we added an A record to @ to 31.22.4.234 which is your IP address

Error Message

At your Cpanel admin, in the addon domain page, when trying to add the domain from your side I got the error below : Error Adding Domain..

Other Information

it generally take more time or we are doing something wrong ?

Can you take a screenshot of the error? It usually includes infomation like saying that it couldn’t verify the CName or Name servers…

Also it can take up to 72 hours for DNS records (including A records) to propagate properly.

Please get help from your hosting provider

is definitely not the IP of free hosting

the easiest way to add your domain is to point it to the infinity free name servers:

ns1.infinityfree.com
ns2.infinityfree.com

You can find the ip on which your website is hosted in your client area.

Please also note that your domain name must be assigned to your hosting account before you can upload a website to it. Even if the domain name is pointing to the IP address that your account is on, the server still have no idea what website is associated with it.
