I am facing an issue with my website domain chinacard.ct.ws linked to my hosting account if0_41666214 (Registered email: [email protected]).
The website is not loading and gives the error ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED (as if there is no internet connection or the server cannot be found).
I checked my hosting dashboard and the status is Active, and the Website IP is 185.27.134.116. However, when checking the DNS propagation via DNSChecker, the domain is not resolving globally (showing red “X” marks on almost all worldwide servers except for one).
Could you please check if there is an issue with the DNS configuration, the IP routing, or the .ct.ws subdomain system from your end?
