I tried to create a new hosting and I am unable to link the domain to it. Can you help me to unlink it?
Only Admin is able to help you with this issue if you believe that the other account doesn’t belong to you.
The account has been deleted but the domain isn’t released
I can see that the domain name was added to an account with us shortly after it was registered last July, and it has been there without interruption ever since.
That account is definitely not deleted. Deleted accounts will release their domains (it’s technically impossible for them not to), but that simply does not apply here.
Please try to remember which email address you used for that other account. You should be able to use it to access your previous account and manage your website from there.
