Domain already assigned after deleting hosting account

Hi,

I am facing an issue with my domain sudarshaninn.com.

Earlier, I added this domain to my InfinityFree hosting account, but due to some issues, I deleted that hosting account.

After that, I created a new hosting account and updated my domain nameservers in GoDaddy to:
ns1.infinityfree.com
ns2.infinityfree.com

Now when I try to add the domain in the new account, I get the error:
“Domain is already assigned and in use.”

It seems the domain is still linked to my old deleted account.

Please release/unassign this domain from the old account so I can add it to my new hosting account.

Did you remove the domain from the account before suspending it?

Accounts arn’t deleted straight away, so you should be able to reactivate it, and either use the domain there, or remove the domain freeing it up for your use.

If you’re having problems logging back into that account, you’ll have to wait for Admin to come on and he should be able to help you further.

Actually I have deleted the account, so I m not able to access that.

(Deleted accounts are accounts you’ve had in the past that have since been removed. Deletions are permanent — neither the account nor its contents can be recovered in any way.

When an account is deleted, all its domain names are released and can be added to other accounts.)
