Go to Sign in · Premium Hosting Support and register an account. Create a ticket explaining that you don’t have access to that account.
I assume that they will ask for domain or DNS proof, but you should create a ticket to them first.
Although I say InfinityFree, they talk about other hosting.
They also send very slow messages.
What do you mean by this? Do you tell them the domain you need.
