Nope. The only server side language supported is PHP.
Client side language like JavaScript are also supported

No, it not. InfinityFree is free hosting and they cannot use a lot of resources.

You can suggest it, but there are no plans to add other programming languages in the foreseeable future. It’s not a feature that gets requested a lot, or something I would think would be the best thing to add right now.
Premium hosting supports Ruby and Python, but the way it’s setup is rather limited. If you’re on a tight budget and have a simple application, it might work, but it wouldn’t be my service of choice to host a Rails or Django app.
