Does dding a forum to a website via script installer change my current website?

I have a website (1 week now, so very new) i’m thinking about adding a MyBB forum via script installer. But i’m wondering if that will affect my current website. The forum might just be a compliment to the website, not the main page.

Also, i can access script installer via my “manage domain”, witch one do i use. The first one when i started the page *.kesug.com or my own domain *.com

When installing you get to choose where it installes. So if you overwrite your current site, yes it’ll break, but if you put it in “example.kesug.com/forum” then it won’t affect your main site.

Witch one do i use?

My own domain i added later or the one i started the website with?
