Whenever I try to add a subdomain of www I get “Do not include www in your entry”
what subdomain are you trying to add?
Edit: reading your post carefully, you domain should work with www without needing to add the www subdomain.
So… did you include www in your entry? If so, could you try adding your domain without it?
