how to add DKIM record ?
TXT-based DKIM records are not possible in free hosting. You can use MX and SPF records for email, but creating DKIM records is not possible.

Not really, you don’t need DKIM records to send email. It’s just an extra step for authenticity of the email’s origin, but it’s optional. You can send emails without DKIM records, using only MX and SPF records.
