There is no error prompt after clicking Add

Just can’t add any DNS records

Could you please try a different browser?

I see reports like this about once per month: clicking the add button just doesn’t trigger the form submission for some reason. I have no idea why this happens, but I do know that it’s likely caused by certain browser settings or plugins, because using a different browser has generally helped.
