DNS Propogation (most likely)

Hey there,
So i have been experiencing a problem, I have a godaddy domain, i accidentally linked it to a wrong hosting service (Don’t pay host) who was terrible, i couldn’t unlink my domain from there directly coz there cpanel wasnt working, so i decided to change the dns nameservers to infinity free ones, but after 48 hours, infinity free still shows this error when i try to link to it “This domain is already linked to ezzeblog.com, if you own this custom domain, please unlink this domain from there first.”

Hi and welcome to the forum

What is your domain name ?

The domain name is beamhaven.in

If you remember the username and the password you used to create your hosting account there you can log in on the Control Panel of any other hosting platform that uses the same platform as theirs and ours but is actually accessible, not like the other one (like cpanel.infinityfree.com) with those details and remove your domain there before adding it on our platform.

If you don’t remember username and password of your hosting account on the other platform you used to host your website before, you should check your email address for any confirmation email, even on your spam; if there is a Client Area, you should check for those on your Client Area there; if there is a suspension you should either wait it out or send a support ticket and, if you deleted those, you probably have to wait for the Admin to help you out in this case.

I remember everything, but the problem is that, when i try to go to the control panel it asks me if i wanna resubmit the form, then i get a deceptive site ahead warning, even if i continue, another website opens instead of their cpanel

I cant seem to find the service, please help me

I’m also trying your same hosting platform you used before with a result that’s opposite to success and the credentials you have to use to log in to the Control Panel (which you can do by going to our Control Panel address for example) are easily accessible through your Client Area there, so you have to use the form that will open up while going into our Control Panel (which, I remind you, it’s at cpanel.infinityfree.com) and log in on that form that opens up (don’t use their Client Area to log in as their main domain they’re using to create hosting accounts with doesn’t point to the right nameservers) with the username and the password you can find on the same page you were trying to open their Control Panel (for the password you might need to click on “Show/Hide” to show it first before copying it), if it lets you log in; if not you’ll have to wait until the suspension has lifted if your website is suspended or send a support ticket if it doesn’t get lifted.

Thats the reason, they have a so called support system, but no one responds, like its desd

If my website is suspended, should i seitch to default godaddy nameservers to lift the suspension?

You don’t need to; if it got suspended for heavy CPU or hits usage changing nameservers could be useful to not encounter any further suspension on your other hosting provider you were using before using our platform, but you are trying to change hosting provider, so it’s probably not worth it to change them because you’ll have to remove the domain from your old hosting platform then add it here, but to add them you also need to change the nameservers back to ours after the suspension is lifted and wait even more… Yeah, I’m getting so confused, but it’s to make you understand even more.

Should i contact my domain registrars support? Can they help?

I don’t think GoDaddy can help in this case, as they’re not responsible for anything that happens out of their DNS control. Only iFastNet (which is the main hosting provider both for our hosting platform and the one you’re using before) could help if they won’t answer to the email you sent to them at all; in fact I also checked their forums and they don’t even have a support inquiry, maybe because they had less or no users who needed even help at all or because the owner of the hosting provider you were using doesn’t care at all about working…

I have contacted iFastNet about this, and they have removed your domain from the old account. You should now be able to host it with us!
