DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN on my new free subdomain
Hello InfinityFree Support,
I recently created a new InfinityFree hosting account on 19 August 2026 with the free subdomain:
ayyancreative.rf.gd
My hosting account shows as Active, and the health check does not show any problem. However, when I open my website, I get:
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
I have tested the website on both Wi-Fi and mobile data, and I get the same DNS error on both connections.
I have not changed anything in CPanel or manually changed any DNS settings. I am using the Site.pro website builder provided through InfinityFree.
Could you please check whether the DNS record/nameserver configuration for ayyancreative.rf.gd has been created correctly on your side?
