Hello,
My hosting account is active, and I can access both cPanel and File Manager without any issues. My website files are present in the htdocs directory.
However, my domain lovestoblog.com returns DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN and does not resolve.
I have also noticed that other users are experiencing the same issue with different .lovestoblog.com subdomains, so this appears to be a DNS provisioning or nameserver problem.
Could you please check whether the DNS zone for my subdomain has been created correctly or if there is an ongoing DNS issue?
Thank you.
Can you share your actual site so we can check if we can access it?
How recently did you set up the site? If it was less than 72 hours you may need to wait for DNS propagation. There’s a banner in the client area (if your site is under 72 hours) that explains this in more detail if you want to know more.
If thats not the case, try accessing your site from a different network\a vpn\changing your DNS resolver to 1.1.1.1 . A number of ISP’s do block free hosting domains at a DNS level, which can cause all sorts of errors
I am experiencing an issue with my domain lovestoblog.com. When attempting to access the website, it returns the following error:
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
My hosting account is active, and I can successfully access both the Control Panel and File Manager. All website files are present in the htdocs directory, and no changes have been made that would affect the site’s availability.
Could you please verify whether this domain is affected by the current outage or if there is an account-specific issue preventing it from loading? I would appreciate it if you could check the DNS and server configuration associated with my domain.
Thanks for the clarification. My website is hosted on the InfinityFree subdomain https://electrivix.lovestoblog.com/, not on the root lovestoblog domain.
The issue I’m experiencing is specifically with electrivix.lovestoblog.com. Could you please check this subdomain and let me know what might be causing the problem? Thanks!
This means that everything on the server side is working properly without any sort of “verification problems”, and this issue is on your end. It could be an ISP block, antivirus, “secure DNS”, and something like that.
A good first troubleshoot step would be to disable your antivirus temporarily (if installed) and try to use a VPN.
