I need to disconnect SSL Live from my account to access content on pages that don’t have an SSL certificate. There’s no way in the control panel to disconnect SSL Live and leave my account without SSL. The pages I want to access are http:// content used for amateur radio.

It’s not possible to remove the SSL certificate, however you can for the site to HTTP using an .htaccess file in the root directory.
The correct solution however would be to contact the owners of the other resources and ask them to upgrade to HTTPS
