Disappearing MP4 File after transferring it through FTP

My Problem

I’m on FTP client (FileZilla) and I want to transfer a video file in /htdocs/vids folder, it doesn’t allow me transfer it there. It appears for a second and then it disappears. Why?

Infinityfree has a maximum file size limit of 10MB so your file will be deleted if it exceeds this size

There is also another possibility, some file types are forbidden so it could be deleted for this reason (I have never tried uploading an mp4 so im unsure about this one)

update … I just uploaded a test mp4 video to my site and its still there

I think the issue is that your video file exceeds the 10MB size limit, I couldn’t see clearly on the video but it looked like the size is 32MB ?

Yeah, I did a compression on that video and it’s 32MB. I’ve also the format of the video from mp4 to webm to make the size even smaller than compressed mp4. I’ll try to lower its size as much as I can for testing if Infinityfree will delete it from FTP transfer.
