Directory Does Not Exist

I’m having trouble uploading files

Good afternoon! I’m trying to open my website’s directory that I created here, but when I go to the directory nothing appears, and it says that the directory could not be determined. What happened?

The client area is saying that the directory doesn’t exist.

First, log into the Control Panel, then try accessing your FTP account.

If that doesn’t work, try clicking the Recreate Directory button, then try accessing FTP again.
