Difficulty in making dowload of files

I’m having trouble downloading the files that are inside my subdomain, it appears that an “unknown error occurred during dowload”
Can anyone help me?

this also happened to me, I was trying to make a backup for my website incase if it’s deleted or anything else. i can’t even download a single folder, but to download each file one by one, and it is very time wasting i’d say.

The online file manager is only meant for small tasks, not large ones. If you are uploading or download a large amount of files, please use a desktop FTP solution such as FileZilla.
