These are about to power up databases, not an actual site to visit. You might connect to it using php.
If you’ve problem while connecting to database, that’s because given database info is incorrect.
That’s the desktop IDE, right? Are you trying to connect to the database from your own computer?
Because if so, that’s not going to work. Remote database access is only available on premium hosting. The databases on free hosting can only be accessed from the PHP code running on your hosting account and our phpMyAdmin installation.
