Ive seen related topics about this that have never even been answered. I have premium hosting on another site but on this one Im surprised to see such high inode usage despite having deleted so many files.
I know waiting won’t work. It never does.
Quite the contrary, if you are certain that you’ve deleted enough files then waiting does work. The counter isn’t live and is only updated every 8 hours.
I checked your inode usage and it’s at 85% now. What kind of numbers were you expecting to see?
Ahh that’s good. I remember deleting a bunch before and it just stayed exactly where it was days later. Thanks guys
