Desactivate my acount imediately

hello, I’d like to use another hosting company for my website nelissia.com, so I deleted everything which has a relation with linking my domain name to infinity free and I deactivated it, one I use another hosting company, and when I wanted to connect my domain name with, they tell me that my domain name is not found, so I contacted my domain name’s to check if there is any problem in my domain but there isn’t.
So my question is if I can use another company hosting however my hosting in infinity free isn’t yet deleted immediately but Deactivated or do I have to wait until my account will be deleted?
If it’s yes can someone help me to delete it as soon as possible?

I checked your account and see you deactivated it yourself. When you clicked the deactivation button, you were presented with a warning saying that the domains on the account would be locked there and could not be used on any other account. Seeing how the domains are still there and the account is deactivated, it means you proceeded with the deactivation anyways. And guess what: your domains are locked to the account now.
