Deleted Account

I have requested for 2 of my domains but got suspended without any information. I may not uploaded files or don’t know, could somebody tell me how to get account back.

That could be because abuse. Read the TOS again.

You could tell how to get your account back if you had bothered to read and follow our instructions.

The email you received says to check the client area. The client area says to submit a ticket. The response to the ticket will tell you what to do next.

Asking at a community forum doesn’t help.

I was reading forum posts here from last few days and tried to delete that domains and re add them as per someone instruction here.
I would go what you suggested by submitting a ticket.

You have already submitted a ticket. Now, you just need to read what the support agent told you.

Where is the link for submitting a ticket. I did searched in client area and control panel but didnt yet found. Please somebody tell mw where can i find it.

Open the account that was suspended. You will see the link in a red banner at the top.

There is no clickable link for the accounts. I am giving a screenshot also the dates shows wrong.

What makes you say the dates are wrong? They look fine to me. The accounts you’re looking at were suspended in late 2018 and deleted in early 2019. But that’s such a long time ago that I have no way to verify those dates.

They have been gone for almost three years, which means there is no way anyone could get them back.

It may be good to know that we’ve always kept some records of deleted accounts, and only recently started to show the deleted accounts. So if you didn’t see them before, that’s why.

I had registered account with you only in december 2021 and requested hosting for those 2 sites, however they showed later suspended, deleted.
Here is a screenshot of emails which i recieved fromyour host.

next time, you can just drag and drop/upload your pictures here. No need to upload to separate site.

I see you created an account on December 7. That’s the account with username epiz_30539304. That account is active, has active domain names and is most definitely not deleted.

In your client area, you can see that this account is active. The Deleted Accounts table has two accounts, which were from 2018.

One thing to note is that the deleted account has the label “Website for dripworld.com”. But that’s just the label, it’s just a bit of text you can use to help identify the account. Having a domain name in that label doesn’t mean anything about whether that account actually hosts that domain.

You can see your website dripworld.com is showing a Directory Listing, which means it’s linked to an active hosting account but doesn’t have website files. And as you can see by entering the domain in the domain checker: the domain is linked to the account epiz_30539304, the one account you have that’s active.

What do you need to submit a ticket for? You have a deleted account that cannot be recovered, and a active account that is working fine.

Feel free to check whenever you want, but don’t ask us to do thing for which you haven’t done your due diligence yet.

Please read what I wrote: your domains are already hosted on your only active account.

You can’t submit a support ticket, because the previously suspended accounts are deleted. There is nothing anyone can do with those accounts.
