Just delete the theme, you can do it through Buying and selling domains by experts | Hire a broker today! | Sedo.
If you really do want to completely delete your WordPress site, you can do it with Softaculous. Just click on “my installations” and click the little red X on the installation you want to delete.
If you installed WP manually, then delete everything the the /htdocs folder via the file manager, and then delete the Mysql database.
