Can admin please help me with delete my previously account? Because i’m Broke my phone and i dont have access to it.But the most important is that i cant link my existing domain.

If you still know the email address and password, you can login to the client area yourself and remove your domain name. If you forgot the password, you can reset it through email. If you also lost access to your email account, you have lost access to your account.

And if you had two factor authentication setup, you either need the code generator or a recovery code. If you lost both, you also lost access to your account.

If either of these things happened to you, then I cannot help you. We’re required by law to protect your information and not just give people access to an account because they say they own the account, but have no way to prove it.

If that’s the case, then I hope you have learned a valuable lesson today: always have backups. Don’t put all your data on one device with no way to save it if the device breaks, is lost or whatnot.

And if you see a message saying “you need to store the recovery codes safely or you will lose access to your account”, then store them safely or risk losing access to your account.
