It says my website is deactivated (suspended), and is only accessible with 404oopswp.rf.gd
I need this because *.rf.gd domains are blocked on my network because Trend Micro

I’m kind of confused here. Do you want to know why your .epizy domain is suspended, or do you want to know something else entirely?
EDIT: It sounds like you’re saying that both of your domains are on the same account and host the same site, but you want to know why only one is suspended?
The domain vxsyzfw4.epizy.com is just simply your account domain, or in other words a representative for the server that your site is on.
Every account has a domain similar and every single one of these ‘main domains’ show the suspended page, it’s normal.
