I don’t think this was meant to be hijacking (well it was sort of, but anyway). The domain turnout.app is the domain of the OP of the previous post, so I think @ForumBot was trying to bring this to their attention, possibly as a reason for the SSL showing as insecure.
In such cases, it may be better to use direct messaging if you can (clicking on the OP’s profile to send a private message using the “Message” button):
In addition, it might be best to indicate that what you’re writing may be a potential issue that is related to/reason for the current issue of the original poster, to avoid misunderstandings.
