Due to an automated sync script misconfiguration, the tables in our production database if0_42752146_db_assessor_suyo on cluster sql308.infinityfree.com were accidentally dropped today, October 26, 2026, at approximately 09:55 UTC (5:55 PM Philippine Time).
Could you please check if there is any daily storage-node snapshot, server cluster backup, or binlog archive from earlier today or yesterday that can be restored for this database?
Other Information
I accidentally truncated my dump data to the online database.
Welcome to the InfinityFree community forum! Good to have you here.
Most people answering here are volunteers. They’re often the fastest source of help. Admin (the only staff member) checks in about once a day for issues on our end.
Volunteers can’t see your account or website. Share what you actually see, like error messages and what happens when you try something. That’s more useful than your theory of what’s wrong.
AI tools often get InfinityFree wrong. If a volunteer’s advice differs from what an AI told you, please try the volunteer’s suggestion first.
Solving an issue is a joint effort. Try the suggestions you get and report back what happened.
Beep boop, I’m a bot! I dug through the forum to get you started. I sometimes get things wrong though, so do with this what you will until a human has a look.
I’m afraid the tables can’t be restored from our side. InfinityFree doesn’t create or store any backups of free hosting accounts, so there’s no daily snapshot, cluster backup or binlog archive to recover from. Backups are the account owner’s job, as this article explains:
The only copy of those records is one you hold yourself. Check your computer for an earlier phpMyAdmin export or SQL dump, and for the local or development database your sync script copied from. If the script pushed from a local database, the original data may still be there.
If you find a dump, this article covers importing it through phpMyAdmin:
Did the sync script copy from a local database that still has the 4,000 records, or was the online database the only copy?
