When I try to connect my site to the database at the beginning of the installation - it asks for data from the database. But the problem is that when I enter information about the database site gives an error. How to fix it? Or you now have some technical work with the database?

If you can pay $60 for some software, then I think you can afford premium hosting.
Free hosting is not built to run applications like that. Plus, file sharing websites (Or video sharing websites) are in violation of the ToS.
No movie streaming site clones. Someone I know tried to host a video streaming site using Infinityfree.
