Dear InfinityFree Admin,

I am writing to urgently request the restoration of my database, which has unexpectedly disappeared from my account. The database in question contains a full year of work, and its loss would be catastrophic for me. Below are the details:

I kindly ask you to restore the most recent backup available as soon as possible. If there are any steps I need to take or additional information required, please let me know at your earliest convenience.

Your prompt assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated, as this database holds crucial data that I cannot afford to lose.

There seems to be a problem or outage with the database server at the moment. You’re not alone in not being able to access your database, but that doesn’t guarantee it’s deleted.

InfinityFree is provided on an as-is service. They do not take backups for customers. Taking backups is your responsibility.

From now on I’d recommend taking your own backups of anything important. Let this be a lesson.

Also, this is a community support forum. For future reference you don’t have to write posts like emails.
