I noticed there’s a database error on my site (toxikmetal.net), the message is as follows:
SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection refused
It used to be working fine. I’ve checked my cPanel and noticed the database I created there has disappeared. I attempted to create a new one multiple times but it doesn’t work, nothing is created. I cleared my cache and cookies multiple times but no luck either. In my cPanel stats (widget on the right side of panel), it says “/Unlimited” (with no number) for the number of databases I’m using instead of something like “0/Unlimited” or “1/Unlimited”, as well as “Currently using of 400 available databases” (no number either) in the MySQL databases tab.
Please help me out, I’d like to fix this as quickly as possible

This is very strange, the database does not seem to have disappeared (there are still list items on the phpMyAdmin page) but the database names themselves are gone.
What’s also noteworthy is that both of your accounts are on sql213.epizy.com. I’m going to check with iFastNet if there are any issues with that server.
