Since the last time you visited your website or the last time you visited phpMyAdmin? When was that? Do you mind sharing which SQL cluster you are on?
If you did not manually create a backup, I believe there is not much you can do.
Also, for me (in the US), your site returns a CloudFlare 1020 so I cannot access it, which makes it harder for us to help you.
I checked your account and there are currently no databases.
And that’s all I know. I don’t know if there were any databases there before. And if there were, then I don’t know what happened to them.
The only thing I do know is that we do not create backups of hosting accounts. So unless you have backups yourself, then regardless of what happened to the databases: they are gone.
