Database connection error (already verified wp-config file settings) - Log included

There is an “Error establishing a database connection” issue intermitently when surfing my website. PFA an screenshot of the log, since I already verified that the wp-config file has the right parameters.

I can surf my website normally, but suddenly the database connection error is thrown, and there is no way to reproduce the issue. Could this be a host/server issue instead? I just have 2 plugins enabled and I’m using the default WordPress theme.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Adding a new log, in case it helps.

Thanks.

If you use 127.0.0.1 or localhost as database host, those won’t work. You will have to use the database host and the database name from the “MySQL Databases” section of the Control Panel, along with the username and the password you can find on the same page of the Client Area used to open the Control Panel, then scrolling down to “Account Details” and clicking on “Show/Hide” to show the password.

Hi, thanks for your reply. The actual DB_HOST is sql206.byetcluster.com, but I will switch to sql206.epizy.com, since it’s the one displayed in “MySQL Databases” panel. I will let you know if the website works fine after this update.

Thanks.

Well, I tried but it seems it didn’t go well .

Is there anything I could have missed? I’m also using the username and password provided in Client Area panel.

Thanks in advance.

Please, someone tell me if this is a server side issue, I will understand and will be patient if you work on a fix. I really appreciate you provide a hosting like this for free.

Best regards.

Could this be because of the network I am connecting from? I never knew something like that could be the reason, but my website has been available normally when accessing it from my home’s network.

Well it’s not related to it, It’s something happening with the databases, I also get this error on my site sometimes. And sometimes it works normally.

Well, unstability is always bad. Hopefully InfinityFree admins can make it more stable, though it’s a great free hosting solution. Thanks for your reply.
