I see some ERP software that can be installed through Softaculous app. Is there any method to install ERPNEXT which is not available through Softaculous?
Absolutely, almost any PHP/MySQL software can be used here! Softaculous offers many different scripts and makes them easy to install, but those are definitely not the only software you can use.
Please check the installation instructions of your software to see how they should be installed. Most scripts have some web based installer, so all you need to do is upload the files over FTP to your account and open the right URL. Some scripts require more manual configuration, but all of that should be described in the installation instructions of your software.
