If i’m not wrong, you have the option to use a free subdomain or a purchased by you domain.

I have the same problem. I created a site with a subdomain but I can’t use my own domain.

You can add your own domain in the control panel, or the client areas domain section.

What’s stopping you from just using your own domain? Once you have the account, you can add your own domain. Just like the article says.

Just FYI: the option is generally referred to as “custom domain” in our panel, in case you had trouble finding it.
