I have a custom domain vitaminsforcare.com added to my account (username: if0_39334928). The account is active and nameservers are set to byet.org ones.
However, the domain is not resolving at all — no A record appears globally, and the site shows DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN.
This URL structure looks like something that is done with mod_userdir. Some web hosting providers/servers offer it as a feature to let people preview their website without the domain name.
However, it’s something that must be explicitly setup by the hosting provider. And we don’t offer this feature.
So to access your website, you need to access it through your domain name.
But a WHOIS check of your domain shows me that these are currently the nameservers of your domain name:
Name Server: ns1.verification-hold.suspended-domain.com
Name Server: ns2.verification-hold.suspended-domain.com
Looking at the age of the domain name and these nameservers, I’m guessing your domain was deactivated because you did not complete the required contact verification. Registrars are required to verify your contact details within 15 days of registration or they must suspend the domain name. I think that happened here.
Please check the panel of your domain name provider and see if they provide any way to resend a verification email. If you can’t find the option, please ask your domain name provider for further assistance.
