cURL error 60: Peer's Certificate issuer is not recognized

I have installed the SSL certificate on my website and it was working good but it is only working on few devices i.e. in some devices it shows that “This site is not private”

I have installed a plugin named “really simple SSL certificate and it says
" The mixed content fixer could not be detected due to a cURL error: cURL error 60: Peer’s Certificate issuer is not recognized. . cURL errors are often caused by an outdated version of PHP or cURL and don’t affect the front-end of your site. Contact your hosting provider for a fix.”

Can you help me fix this issue?

If your trying to access from a PHP application/command line, then It will not work, the certficiate will not match, this is due to the Security System overwriting all.
