The CSS is not working.

Are you using an ad-blocker or other privacy plugin? Since I know html-load.com (the service that serve the css) are blocked by a lot of ad-blockers.
If you use Brave Browser then the “brave shields” also blocks it.

If not, then there may be a bug that Admin will need to look at

No and the CSS not working on https://browser.lol too

The CSS is fixed. Admin fixed the CSS on the site.
