Cron job not executing

Maybe you can try this:

Contact technical support and ask them to restart the cron service

Please recreate the cron job and set the Minutes to 2 and the Hours to 1. The date/time selector is very strange and I don’t fully understand how it works either. But I do know that if you leave the Hours field empty, your cron job will not run.
