In Deactivating a broken theme- point no. 3, (.pick one and copy the folder name somewhere.

What is meant by that? I can’t understand the point 3.

Also ‘Edit the option_value column of the row you found, and change it to the theme name you found before.’ can’t understand this step

What part is not clear? The how to edit the value? Or the thing you need to enter into it?
