After I installed AMP plugin this happens. Cannot get into the site to take the plugin down.

You can use ftp to rename the plugin to disable it

I rename the plugin folder but still I cannot log to my site. I am a beginner.

Finally, I fixed I delete the whole file. Now I can login again.
