In short, no that’s not normal, but can happen when the system is busy. Id suggest refreshing the page and see if it’s worked. If not, try again
That’s definitely not normal. Accounts should normally get setup within 10 minutes or so. However, if there is a problem with account creation for whatever reason, then it can take longer.
It seems that your account is setup now, but it did take almost 14 hours.
Rest assured though that even if it takes longer than usual, there is nothing you need to do. As soon as the issue is resolved, your account will be setup.
