Absolutely, hosting a forum is no problem here! You can set one up easily using one of the many options in Softaculous.
Please do remember that you are ultimately responsible for the content on your site. We know that forums deal with a lot of user submitted content, but that does mean that it’s your responsibility to make sure that it’s properly moderated.
