Hi i open this post to ask the following.
How do I set up email accounts?
My domain is tuprimeraweb.es and I want to create email accounts under that domain, and then be able to handle them with a mail client, where I get the data to do it after the creation of the accounts? Thank you

But it would be good to read the entire email section here

Setting up the email accounts is done through the control panel section conveniently called “Email Accounts”.
However, note that on free hosting, you can only check the mailboxes through our webmail interface. If you want to be able to link it to your own email client, you will either need to upgrade your account to premium hosting, or use a third party email service.
hello again, I followed your instructions and this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jpHKag8vXOQ I can send emails but I can not receive them gives me the following errror

What I can do? thank you
Are you using CloudFlare integration on your cPanel? That should break emails and subdomains. Try using CloudFlare by disabling it through your cPanel and changing your nameservers to theirs.
that’s what happens, if active cloudflare mails do not work. Could you tell me how to do what you say to solve it? Thank you for everything.
You need to click here and login. After that disable CloudFlare by going to your hosting account’s Control Panel and wait a bit. After that reload the CloudFlare dashboard and wait some time for the new DNS propagation, then add your domain to CloudFlare. Select the “Free” plan and, if the DNS is set to yourdomain.cdn.cloudflare.net remove it and point @ to your hosting account’s Main Domain via a CNAME record (your hosting account’s Main Domain can be found on the Control Panel) and www to @ always via a CNAME record, then continue and go to IONOS to change the nameservers (I already know you bought your domain with IONOS) to CloudFlare ones, removing the others, and wait a bit. Your domain should be then added to CloudFlare. Then make sure the SSL option is set to “Full” and wait a bit for DNS propagation or use 1.1.1.1 if you don’t want to wait. Done! Your domain is now added to CloudFlare via their nameservers!
I checked your domain’s MX records, and it looks like you’ve added Cloudflare’s nameservers as your MX records. Simply removing the Cloudflare records from the MX records in your control panel (so only the mx.epizy.com record remains), should solve this issue.
