Create an Addon Domain

Hi everyone,
I’d like to add an “Addon Domain” to my domain but every time it says:
“Error Adding Domain…”
Remember, you need to change the nameservers on a domain via registrar control panel BEFORE adding it to your account, it may take 24~72 hours to completely update the nameservers.:
Please verify your nameservers and/or change them to:
(The nameservers are changed via your domain registrar control panel, NOT your hosting control panel.)
ns1.epizy.com
ns2.epizy.com

When I check in my control panel I can see these DNS SERVERS but I could not find them in my domain registrar.

Any suggestions please?

maxone.epizy.com is your hosting at infinity free (nice website by the way)

to create an addon domain (create another website in your current hosting) you first have to register that domain name with a registrar and set the name servers in that registrar, then you can create the addon domain of that name you registered.

is this what you are trying to do ?

or do you just want to register a domain name for your current site ?

either case you need to register a domain name with a registra, which registra have you used ?

I have never used a registra I don’t even know what is it
I have only registred in infinity free, choose a domain, and in control panel I have added ssl certificate.
I’d like to have an add-on so I can have a different “domain” to redirect to a different page.
In this case I can have different websites, different domains but only one hosting name.

ok a domain name registra is the place where you register a name for your website for instance I register mysite.co.uk and set that as a (parked domain) in infinityfree cpanel to mysite.epizy.com

so anyone that visits mysite.co.uk will see the site thats being served from mysite.epizy.com

you can also point multiple domain names to the same website

you can create addon domains which will create independent websites on your current hosting

but you will still need to register domain names for this to happen as a name is needed to point to the hosting directory

the other option is to create sub-domains but officially its not supported on the free accounts but you might get lucky if you try it

subdomains will look like this myothersite.maxone.epizy.com thissite.maxone.epizy.com ie the name is prefixed to your current name and you’ll see a directory created on your hosting for the subdomain name you choose

for this option you do not need to register domain names with a registra

you will only need to register a name with a registra if you want add on domains on the same hosting

there is another option, your free hosting account allows up to 3 websites to be created so its possible to do it this way too

you currently have 1 website at maxone.epizy.com
you could create another 2 websites each with their own names

myothersite.epizy.com
somethingelse.epizy.com

giving you 3 websites each with unique names all on your current account

if that is ok then its just a matter of going to Login to your account - InfinityFree and clicking the create account button and make another website

this is my account and you can see in the picture I have created another account and now have 2 websites on my account http://lovebug.epizy.com and http://tron.epizy.com
