I have installed the Google trust certificate SSL and I think is have activated.
Can you check it if everything is ok?
I attach you screenshots.
Also I have seen that at the end of url - domain there is some characters(?i=1)

Why is it happening?
How can I fix this?

Did you check it yourself already?

A good place to start is - again - by looking at the SSL certificate’s detail page in the client area. For an issued certificate, it will show you the SSL certificate currently installed on your website.

Note that the particular indicator can take 10-15 minutes to update though.

Also, you can just try opening your website with HTTPS yourself. If that works, it means it’s working.
