Hello i have a question. How can I do a email account from my InfinityFree account
Account info: Free account & subdomain .rf.gd
Can I do that? If yes, how can I do it?

You cannot. You can use a 3rd party service like Yandex or Postable though.

Well you will have to add MX records and verify your ownership…
Its different depending on what company you use it with.
