I went to access cpanel and it asked for my username and password. I have no idea what this data is. And even to reset the password it asks for a username that I don’t remember. How can I verify this information?

Are you using the “Control Panel” button in the client area?
If so, you may want to try re-syncing your account password. Select the account you are having trouble with → edit account → set new password. Wait a few minutes then try the “Control Panel” button again.
