cPanel Account Backup

I am in the process of transferring my cPanel to another hosting service, I currently use infinityfree.net.

But my new hosting service get errors when transferring the account, They have asked me to get my current provider to provide a full cPanel Backup and to save the backup in my account’s home directory.

How do I get that done?

We don’t use cPanel, and we don’t have a built-in backup tool, so we cannot generate a cPanel format backup for you. You can migrate your files and databases, but it will take your new hosting provider (or you) a bit more effort to migrate than just clicking Restore from cPanel’s admin panel.
