Can you please provide some more specific information. What is the site in question? What happened to it that you need the files from it?

In general, the files you can see are the files we have. We don’t create backups of free hosting accounts. So if you accidentally modify or delete data on your account, if an account is deleted, or data is lost due to a technical error, then we have no way to restore the original files.
But that’s what I can say without more information. If you can share what happened to your files, we can see if there is any way to get them back.
